Tennessee Rural Partnership is pleased to welcome Elizabeth Walker as part of the recruitment team. Elizabeth will work as a recruiting specialist, helping match candidates to job opportunities and working with the academic training programs to strength relationships that will increase the numbers of clinicians working in rural and underserved areas in Tennessee.
A recent graduate of Berry College in Mount Berry, Georgia, Elizabeth has a degree in communications with a public relations concentration and a minor in speech. This summer she interned at LifeWay Christian Resources in Nashville, traveling with event coordinators to plan and present workshops throughout the state and nationally. During college she was the Student Director of the Student Work Operations Department, managing others students, matching students with appropriate jobs within the college system, and promoting the program to business executives, alumni and key donors. Elizabeth also worked on the campus newspaper, was a Presidential Ambassador, an Emerging Leader, was part of the Integrity in Leadership Program, and on the Dean’s Team.
Elizabeth impressed the entire team with her poise, work experience, and understanding of and commitment to TRP’s mission. We look forward to her contribution to our work.
